Shipping policy

NEW Standard shipping available for orders to the USA. $10 with tracking with an estimated shipping time of up to 14 business days. (Update May 28th)

 

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed (This does not include shipping time).

Shipping time will be estimated by the shipping method selected and location during checkout.

Both trackable and non-trackable (small packet international air/USA air) shipping methods are offered during checkout.

***Disclaimer: If you select a non-trackable shipping method you will receive an email to notify you when your package is dispatched, HOWEVER after such time House Of Chev B is not liable for missing or stolen parcel. 

Once an order is fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, House Of Chev B is not liable for lost, stolen or delayed packages. In such circumstances we urge customers to contact the carrier and file a ticket for a refund of the lost or stolen package.
